Robert Blair Carabuena a resourcing supervisor at Philip Morris International, has recently caught on camera by the producer of T3 ( a public service segment of TV5 Channel 5 Television Network hosted by a veteran news anchor Erwin Tulfo), hand slamming an MMDA Traffic Enforcer named Saturnino Fabros.
The incident took place at Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City last August 19, 2012.
Carabuena is an alumnus of Ateneo de Manila University and an "experienced recruitment executive."
MMDA officials are helping the enforcer, to file tomorrow charges of direct assault against Mr. Carabuena.
Meanwhile, netizens lambasted and mocked Mr. Carabuena on social media sites.
